Article I – Meetings
The date of the annual meeting of this association shall be set by the Executive Committee.
Article II – Committee
The President shall, as needed, appoint committees to promote association objectives and interests or accomplish duties as recommended by the Executive Committee.
Article III – Membership Dues
Paying for and attending ODTSEA sponsored events for PDA’s include the annual fees.
Section I: The annual fees are as follows:
1. Active Members – $60
2. Associate Members – $30
3. Sustaining Members – $100
4. Corporate Members – $150 / $200 with website link
Section II: The membership year is one year from receipt of dues.
Section III: ODTSEA will provide hotel, mileage and registration fees for board members to attend ODTSEA conferences. Funds for Board members to travel to the ADTSEA National Conference will be as follows, 3000.00 a year if funds allow divided between any attending current board members with no more than 1500.00 allowed per person.
